Steps Of How To Make Parota

On Wednesday Hemani's mum came into our school staff room and made some Delicious Parota which is a yummy Indian food. Follow these instructions and you Parota will taste really tasty.          




  PAROTA




Ingredients:
You will need....
  • Coriander flour
  • Cauliflower
  • Onion
  • Coriander seed
  • Coriander powder
  • 2 raw potatoes
  • Cumin seed
  • Salt
  • Wheat flour
  • Water
  • Olive oil
Equipment:
  • Rolling Pin
  • 2 Bowls (1 for the Olive oil and 1 for the wheat flour)
  • A spoon
  • 2 ice-cream container (each for a purpose)
  • Pan
Method:


Step 1: Put the Olive oil into a bowl and leave it with a spoon in it.


Step 2: Get a bowl and put the wheat flour into it with a bit of water.


Step 3: Put the coriander seed, a raw potato, onion, coriander flour, and cauliflower into a ice-cream container.


Step 4: Now you need to get a ice -cream container and put in the the mixed wheat flour ( dough)


Step 5: Get a container and put in 1 kg of salt.


Step 6: Get a hand full of dough, make it look smooth, and put it in the bowl of cauliflower.


Step 7: Take the dough out, and flatten it with your rolling pin.


Step 8: After that, get a handful of that mix from Step 3 and put it in the center of the dough


Step 9: Get a pinch of salt and put it around the mix.


Step 10: Wrap the dough up and slap it hand to hand, and flat it again with the rolling pin.


Step 11: After it's flattened, put it on the pan and put some oil on each side and flip it over. And enjoy some Partoa.
